We are seeking a talented and results-driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team at Zinque Patisserie. As a Performance Marketer, you will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth through strategic digital marketing campaigns. You will have the opportunity to utilize your expertise in online advertising, campaign optimization, and data analysis to create impactful marketing strategies that will elevate our brand and attract more dessert enthusiasts.

Develop and execute performance marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Plan, implement, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.

Monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven decisions to improve ROI and conversion rates.

Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify new growth opportunities.

Manage and optimize marketing budgets to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximum ROI.

Analyze customer behavior, market trends, and campaign metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.

Collaborate with the creative team to develop compelling ad creatives and landing page experiences that align with brand guidelines and drive conversions.

Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in performance marketing and share knowledge and insights with the team.

Generate regular reports on campaign performance, KPIs, and actionable insights for management review.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.

Proven work experience as a Performance Marketer or in a similar digital marketing role.

Strong expertise in managing and optimizing campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Instagram Ads.

Proficient in using analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, or similar platforms.

Deep understanding of performance marketing metrics, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies to drive business growth.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines effectively.

A passion for food and an understanding of the dessert industry is desirable.
