Growlabs is an all-in-one marketing and sales automation platform.

We help B2B sales and marketing teams acquire more qualified leads. Our platform helps identify target buyers and find contact information from our database of 320 million verified contacts. You can then engage them using our sales and ad automation platform.

What do you love most about your job?

I love working with many different type of businesses and helping them grow by acquiring new customers

What motivates you to get up everyday and go to work?

#1 My team. Learning from them every day and seeing them grow. #2. Impact. It’s amazing to see the impact how platform can have on small businesses /

How do your co-workers inspire you?

Our company has been growing and changing rapidly. I’m always amazed by how fast our team is able to adapt to change and embrace it.

How do you have fun at work (team building, pranks, etc..)?

We do team events once a month outside of the office! From scavenger hunts to ping pong tournaments, these are great ways to get to know each other better.

What are some mental & physical roadblocks you face personally?

The most difficult thing is to help my teams prioritize their time . There is always a lot of things to do. I try to have them focused on 1) things that will bring positive impact to clients and 2) things that help us scale.

What are some lessons learned from a past project that you can share with us?

When you’re trying to grow, don’t activate all channels at once. Start with one channel (e.g Outbound email campaigns or Webinars) . Set the first channel up correctly, A/B test, and optimize it. Make sure you have a process in place to continuously measure the ROI of your campaigns through that channel. Once you have this in place, then start a second channel.

What advice would you give to someone who is starting out in your industry?

Surround yourself with smart people and learn from them.
