Responsibilities
•The Performance Marketing Specialist will play a role in inspiring to drive the company and their brands performance with your experience of paid media campaigns, using market research, design trends, customer data, and digital analytics to support development of effective marketing programs – maximizing commercial impact

•From campaign launch to final analysis, monitor budgets and oversee paid media performance for each channel, tracking intended KPIs
•Verify online presence, promotions, and projects meet brand standards and final approvals
•Proactive response and communication regarding performance marketing deliverables and follow ups
•Generate and maintain content planners, calendars and or tracking documents; updating as campaign elements shift and new information becomes available
•Provide internal and external partners with all necessary sources/materials, facilitate approvals, and communicate notes back to corresponding parties to ensure all timelines are met
•Procure advertisement assets from all parties to safeguard all content is delivered as planned; modify to best practices as necessary
•Stay current on digital marketing best practices and industry standards; continuously recommend new approaches, innovative ideas and / or technologies to deliver on KPIs
•Assist media teams in optimizing their performance including coordination of content and strategy for specific campaigns and goals
•Discuss ideas, conduct market research, analyze previous campaigns, and maintain competitive intelligence to support in the development of eCommerce customer journey and site optimization
•Execute audits and identify key value proposition, core products, brand aesthetic to develop marketing tactics
•Support creation of daily, weekly, monthly, and lifetime reports with quantifiable key performance metrics, thoughtful analysis, and recommendations for distribution to the company
•Support in the flawless execution to devise and implement comprehensive paid media strategies to increase brand visibility/recognition, drive new user acquisition, and increase revenue
